1. Our role
Cosmic Earth is an information and introduction platform. Unless we say otherwise in writing, we are not a party to any sale, purchase or rental agreement between users. Property details are provided by owners and developers and, although we review listings, you should independently verify title, approvals, RERA registration and pricing before paying any money.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Posting properties
- You may post only properties you own or are authorised to list.
- Photos and details must be accurate and must not infringe anyone's rights.
- All listings are reviewed by Cosmic Earth and may be edited, rejected or removed at our discretion.
- Public listings display the Cosmic Earth contact number; enquiries are handled by our team.
- Listing is free unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Prohibited use
Do not post false, misleading or unlawful content, send spam, scrape the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access or upload malicious files.
5. Calculators and estimates
EMI, eligibility, area and valuation tools give indicative figures only and are not financial advice or a formal valuation.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cosmic Earth is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings or tools on the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
